I work for a dot com, and like every other dot com we have legal documents that everyone has to agree to when signing up. We actually base our procedures off of these documents, but the Customer Care manager would like everyone to go through training over these documents so that they can better assist the customers. She would like everyone in her department to have their own copy of the terms of service with notes on it that they can reference whenever they have any questions.
